Obviously we hope you will love all our products as much as we do, but we do realise that buying children's decor products involves a certain amount of "Touchy Feely" and that is why we offer a no questions asked, money back guarantee.

If your purchase arrives and the colour doesn't match the room (hard to tell from a photo) or the material is not what you expected. Or you just don't like it 'in the flesh' Just send it back to us in a resaleable condition within 30 days and we will give you a refund or exchange, whichever you prefer.

Returns must be in a condition whereby we can still sell them: Stickers must not be removed from backing, product must be unused,product packaging must be intact, and enclosed (although don't worry if you cannot fit product back in the packaging, we will do it!)

We are sorry but we cannot refund the return postage and packaging.

We are not liable for any returns lost in the post, so we advise you to send it via track and trace or similar.
